Remarks Inhabits open waters of deep lagoons, channels, or seaward reefs (Ref. 9710). Usually seen singly, but also in groups. Feeds mainly on fishes, but also on shrimps, crabs, cephalopods and planktonic organisms (Ref. 30573, 48635).
