Dorsal spines (total): 4-4; Dorsal soft rays (total): 8-10; Anal spines: 1-1; Anal soft rays: 7-8. Body more elongated, flattened on dorsal surface. Head almost flat, groove absent. Body and head uniform, light yellowish with minute dark speckles (Ref. 33724). |
Biology: |
An almost mature female measuring about 4.0 cm length was caught on July 8, 1915. It had 60 eggs on both ovaries, each egg was 2 mm in diameter (Ref. 2058). |
