 Distribution:  Africa: Fulakari River headwaters (lower Congo River basin) in Republic of Congo and the middle Congo River basin, including the middle Congo River, Lukenie, Lomami and a non-verified record from the Ruki drainage in Democratic Republic of the Congo (Ref. 42032). Report from the upper Niari (Ref. 42032) unconfirmed in Ref. 80290.
