 Environment:  benthopelagic; depth range 15 - 280 m
 Distribution:  Western Indian Ocean: Madagascar. Western Pacific: Japan to Australia.
 Diagnosis:   
 Biology:  Found on rocky reefs of the continental shelf (Ref. 9563) and continental slope (Ref. 7300).
