 Environment:  reef-associated; depth range 4 - 30 m
 Distribution:  Eastern Central Pacific: known only from Cocos Island, Costa Rica.
 Diagnosis:   
 Biology:  Occurs in areas with live coral.
 IUCN Red List Status: Vulnerable (D2) (Ref. 96402)
