 Environment:  pelagic-oceanic; depth range - 403 m
 Distribution:  Western Atlantic: southern Florida and northern Gulf of Mexico in USA, possibly to Brazil.
 Diagnosis:   
 Biology:  Oviparous, eggs are pelagic (Ref. 205).
