 Max. size:  4.6 cm SL (male/unsexed)
 Environment:  pelagic
 Distribution:  Africa: Ruki River and Lake Tumba in Democratic Republic of the Congo (Ref. 94188). Report from Pool Malebo (Ref. 94188) questionable, possibly referring to the middle Congo River about 50km upstream of Pool Malebo.
 Diagnosis:   
 Biology:  Maximum TL was recorded at 5.7 cm (Ref. 7094).
 IUCN Red List Status:   (Ref. 96402)
 Threat to humans:  harmless
