 Family:  Congridae (Conger and garden eels), subfamily: Bathymyrinae
 Max. size:  47 cm TL (male/unsexed)
 Environment:  demersal
 Distribution:  Indo-West Pacific: Tokushima Prefecture to Kochi Prefecture in Japan, to Taiwan and South China Sea. Distribution range extends to Indonesia (Ref. 5978).
