 Family:  Tetrarogidae (Wasp fishes)
 Max. size:  9.2 cm SL (male/unsexed)
 Environment:  demersal; depth range - 24 m
 Distribution:  Indo-West Pacific: occurs in Indonesia, northwestern Australia (Ref. 5978) and the Arafura Sea (Ref. 9819).
 Diagnosis:   
 Biology:  Found over moderately soft bottoms, from less than a meter to 24 m deep. Common in shrimp trawls (Ref. 39597).
 IUCN Red List Status: Not Evaluated  (Ref. 96402)
 Threat to humans:  venomous
