 Max. size:  2.6 cm SL (male/unsexed)
 Environment:  demersal
 Distribution:  Western Pacific: Ryukyu Islands and Taiwan to Thailand and the Philippines.
 Diagnosis:  Dorsal spines (total): 7-7; Dorsal soft rays (total): 9-9; Anal spines: 1-1; Anal soft rays: 9-9. Caudal fin somewhat lanceolate (Ref. 49948).
 Biology:  Found in brackish waters (Ref. 43239).
 IUCN Red List Status: Not Evaluated  (Ref. 96402)
 Threat to humans:  harmless
