 Family:  Pseudochromidae (Dottybacks), subfamily: Pseudochrominae
 Max. size:  4.39 cm SL (male/unsexed)
 Environment:  reef-associated
 Distribution:  Western Pacific: Philippines and Indonesia (Ref. 90102).
 Diagnosis:  Dorsal spines (total): 3-3; Dorsal soft rays (total): 22-22; Anal spines: 3-3; Anal soft rays: 13-13. Description: Characterized by male having pinkish grey to pinkish olive color dorsally grading to pale pink to yellow or white ventrally, longitudinal rows of small orange to bright red spots on body, median fins pink to bluish with red or crimson spots, yellow, orange or bright red rim of eye; female with uniformly pale grey color, bluish median fins white-edged; anterior lateral line scales 23-24; depth of body 34.9 % of SL (Ref. 90102).
 Biology:  Habitat information not available but probably frequents coral crevices and overhangs (Ref 90102).
