Two rows of photophores on the body (Ref. 37473). Pyloric caeca 7-8; photophores above anal fin 15-17 (Ref. 41740). |
Benthopelagic off continental and island slopes and sea-mounts (Ref. 4778). Probably does not exhibit diel vertical migrations (Ref. 4778). Minimum depth reported from Ref. 4778. |
