 Country info:  Museum: west coast of Luzon, in 45 fathoms (82.4 m), 'Albatross' collection, Stn. D. 5442, USNM 93089 (holotype, 7.6 cm). Type locality identified as off San Fernando, La Union, Luzon (Ref. 9494, 9792). Not marketed (Ref. 9792). Also Ref. 280, 11790.
