 Family:  Gobiidae (Gobies), subfamily: Sicydiinae
 Max. size:  2.92 cm SL (male/unsexed)
 Environment:  benthopelagic, amphidromous
 Distribution:  Asia: known only from Lagu Lagu creek in Leyte Island, Philippines.
 Diagnosis:   
 Biology:  Found over coarse gravel in a small, rather swift, shallow stream about 3 m wide. Possibly amphidromous (Ref. 26364).
 IUCN Red List Status: Vulnerable (D2) (Ref. 96402)
 Threat to humans:  harmless
 Country info:  Known only from Lagu Lagu creek on the western slope of Leyte Island. Museum: Lagu Lagu creek, ca. 2 km from sea, S margin of Visayan State College, ZRC 38286/CMK 10047 (Ref. 26365). Endemic status computed from FishBase data (country records, occurrences records in literature and in point data) on 16/07/08. Also Ref. 87905.
