Short description Morfología | Morfometría

Espinas dorsales (total): 22 - 25; Radios blandos dorsales (total): 23-27; Espinas anales 3; Radios blandos anales: 17 - 21; Vértebra: 42 - 46. Dark olive green dorsally, becoming pale on sides, and silvery ventrally. Back and sides striped longitudinally with green lines and small blue dots.

Found in large low tidal pools and surge channels (Ref. 9003). May be found living within soft bodied invertebrates (e.g. salps) (Ref. 9003). Juveniles probably pelagic (Ref. 48372).
