Related Legislation: The Convention has been signed by all the of the Contracting Parties to the Oslo or Paris Conventions. It will enter into force when it has been ratified by all of the Contracting Parties to the former conventions, When it enters into force it will replace the Paris and Oslo Conventions, but decisions, recommendations and all other agreements adopted under the present Conventions will continue to apply.
