soft rays: 9 - 10. Body yellowish-brown; belly flap white except for a yellow area around a black blotch (Ref. 4419). The 2.0 cm recruit differs from the adult in the structure of its viscera, most strikingly by the presence of the very large distended stomach, lacking in the adult (Ref. 54815).
