Robust and deep body; a rhinosphenoid in front of the orbitosphenoid; absence of cartilage; a process on the post-ventral margin of the orbitosphenoid; a pointed process on the ischiac, and the first two pterygiophores in front of the anal fin inserted on the second vertebra of the spine (Ref. 49957).
